It starts at our Hi-Tec solar pool collector manufacturing facility.

We start with our specially formulated raw material.

Our extrusion process takes these polypropylene-based pellets and forms them at over 400 degrees into our tubular, absorber design.

Next, we cut our absorber strips squarely and cleanly, to prepare them for over-molding.

Our unique injection over-molding process creates the water distribution headers right over and around the absorbers at more than 600 degrees. This process is markedly superior to contact welding methods and ensures the most leak-proof bond mechanically possible.

Every panel's absorber is then welded for easier handling and to maximize the security of the panels.
